Seth Schulman, MD, brings more than 22 years of industry experience as a global medical monitor across Phase II-IV clinical research at a Sponsor/CRO to the Worldwide team. A board-certified physician in Pediatrics and Pediatric Nephrology, he has served 15 years as a principal investigator at academic medical centers and authored over 35 peer-reviewed articles. Throughout his career, Seth has provided medical and safety oversight for clinical trials in autoimmune and inflammatory disease, gastroenterology, neuroscience, rare disease, and urogenital conditions. His drug and product experience includes cell and gene therapies. He serves as Lead Medical Monitor on multiple renal programs including a gene-editing trial for primary hyperoxaluria.

Seth also serves, part-time, as Chief Medical Officer at Neuraptive, where he provides medical and safety oversight for the NTX-001 phase 3 program. He previously spent several years at Pfizer, first as Head of Clinical Sciences Excellence and Innovation and later as Therapeutic Area Lead for Pain/Neuroscience and Cardiovascular. In that role, he led 35 clinicians and 10 clinical program managers across multiple Phase II–IV studies and managed a $12 million budget. Earlier in his career, Seth spent more than a decade as an attending physician and Assistant Professor of Pediatrics at the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia/University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine and at St. Christopher's Hospital for Children/Temple University School of Medicine. There, he led the care of pediatric patients with a broad spectrum of renal pathology, including dialysis and renal transplantation, and directed the pediatric nephrology fellowship program. He is a professional member of the American Academy of Pediatrics, the American Society of Nephrology, and the American Society of Pediatric Nephrology.
Seth holds an MD from New Jersey Medical School and a BA in Public Health from Johns Hopkins University. He completed his residency in Pediatrics and a fellowship in Pediatric Nephrology at St. Christopher's Hospital for Children in Philadelphia.
