Seth Schulman, MD, Senior Medical Director at Worldwide Clinical Trials is a seasoned drug-developer having spent nearly 20 years in industry after 15 years as an academic pediatric nephrologist. Seth is dedicated to ensuring the Worldwide Team on his studies is knowledgeable about the protocol and that patient safety is protected by ensuring the right patients are entered in a trial.

Prior to his role as Senior Medical Director at Worldwide, Seth was in various roles of increasing responsibility at Wyeth/Pfizer starting with Medical Director in R&D to Global Clinical Lead in Transplantation and Head of Clinical Sciences and Innovation. His last role prior to retiring from Pfizer was as Head of Internal Medicine in Clinical Development and Operations. Prior to that he was an attending physician and Associate Professor of Pediatrics and Surgery at the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine.

Seth graduated with Honors receiving a BA in Public Health at Johns Hopkins University followed an MD at New Jersey School of Medicine. His residency and fellowship training were at St. Christopher’s Hospital for Children in Philadelphia, PA
