Raymond A. Huml, MS, DVM, RAC, is an executive leader with over 25 years of experience in the healthcare and biopharmaceutical industries. Dr. Huml is widely recognized for his expertise in rare diseases, having worked across a broad spectrum of therapeutic areas and development programs. He has played an instrumental role in designing patient-centric development strategies, advancing innovative trial methodologies, and helping sponsors navigate the scientific, operational, and regulatory complexities associated with orphan and ultra-rare disease programs, particularly in muscular dystrophies.

Throughout his career, Dr. Huml has advised emerging biotechnology companies as well as leading global pharmaceutical organizations across all stages of development, from early clinical planning through regulatory approval and commercialization. His strategic leadership and transaction support efforts have contributed to over $3 billion in capital commitments, partnerships, and development investments.
Dr. Huml earned a Master of Science in Biology from East Stroudsburg University and a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from North Carolina State University's College of Veterinary Medicine. He is also certified as a Regulatory Affairs Professional (RAC-US) and is a Returned Peace Corps Volunteer who served in Ghana, West Africa.
