As Chief People Officer, Joy Clark leads talent acquisition, talent development, global HR services, total rewards, and employee engagement initiatives for Worldwide. Together, Worldwide’s global HR organization drives the “human experience,” building an uncommon culture that attracts and retains the best talent in the world and creating the systems, tools, processes, and employee engagement activities that enable our teams to perform at their best.
Joy’s professional experience includes HR leadership roles with high-tech, high-growth companies where transformation and change are the norm. She is an accomplished change agent and a trusted strategic partner, with a collaborative spirit and a passion for building teams and working within organizations with values-driven cultures (like ours!). Prior to joining us at Worldwide, Joy led the HR function for Valassis Digital, an advertising and marketing intelligence company, where she was responsible for building its people organization from scratch into a scalable strategic function. She also led a variety of HR functional areas and initiatives for companies like Cree, Sony Ericsson, Penske, and QVC.
Joy is passionate about bringing out the best the Worldwide workforce has to offer, but she is equally passionate about her life and interests outside of Worldwide. She is a proud mom of three, an avid hiker, and loves the outdoors. She is also fluent in Spanish and is Reiki certified.
