- What attracted you to Worldwide and what keeps you here?
What attracted me to Worldwide was its stellar reputation in the CNS research community. And it really motivated me to join Worldwide. Once hired, I earned the privilege of contributing to the development of our Oncology division, which has seen significant growth since 2017. What keeps me at Worldwide is the supportive working environment, strong teamwork, and personal and professional support. I am confident that I can approach my colleagues and senior leadership for assistance, knowing they will provide unwavering support without judgment. - What are you most excited about in your job at Worldwide?
I am highly motivated by collaborating with smaller Oncology biopharmaceutical companies to help bring their first drug to market and expand their portfolios. The Oncology landscape is ever-evolving, and Worldwide adapts our processes quickly so we can pivot to meet our client’s needs. We have also made significant investments in enhancing our tools and systems to improve our performance in meeting sponsor requirements. - Describe the culture at Worldwide.

Our plans and procedures are designed to be flexible to accommodate our sponsors’ needs. - Describe your career – is it linear, or have you moved around into different departments or roles?
I started Worldwide as a clinical trial manager back in 2016. I moved up from there into a project manager role, and now I’m an associate director at Worldwide. Worldwide empowers employees by giving them the ability to transfer into different departments, roles, and therapeutic areas as their interest evolves.
- How do you see employees embody our mission (work with passion and purpose every day to improve lives)?
Worldwide is made up of people who have incredible passion and purpose in finding cures for diseases. We were established by clinicians who had a great desire to help people struggling with CNS disorders, and they have developed an atmosphere where everyone endeavors to contribute to meaningful advancements in healthcare. Worldwide has expanded into many therapeutic areas since our founding, and I am proud to be a member of our Oncology division. The collective dedication at Worldwide not only fuels individual excellence but also propels our organization toward achieving impactful outcomes for patients worldwide.
