Known for her operational excellence, strategic planning, and financial oversight, Fiona has successfully managed large international teams and driven significant growth and transformation across global organizations in the clinical research sector.
Prior to joining Worldwide, Fiona served as Vice President, Global Head, Early Development Solutions at PPD (now Thermo Fisher Scientific) where she led the executive project delivery team, oversaw a global division, and was responsible for strategic planning, commercial strategy, and P&L management. Her earlier roles include senior executive positions at Precision for Medicine, Novella Clinical, ICON PLC, CoreLab Partners (now Clario), Pfizer, and GSK.
Fiona’s academic credentials include a Professional Certificate in International Business Management from University College Dublin, PMP certification, Six Sigma Green Belt, and degrees from Bryn Mawr College and William Smith College.
