With over 20 years of industry experience, including 15 years focused on oncology, she is known for her expertise in leading high-performing teams and navigating complex clinical landscapes. Tracey joined Worldwide during a pivotal time in cancer research as the company continues to strengthen its partnerships and drive innovation across oncology trials.
Before joining Worldwide, Tracey held senior roles at Zai Lab, Genentech, and Bristol-Myers Squibb, where she was integral in advancing oncology portfolios and forming strategic collaborations. Her passion for patient-centric research and her ability to guide teams through intricate regulatory frameworks make her a key figure in the field of clinical trials in oncology.
Tracey holds a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from Western University and a Post Baccalaureate in Clinical Research Administration from Eastern Michigan University. Her leadership, coupled with her deep expertise in immunotherapy, small and large molecules, and precision oncology, positions her to lead Worldwide’s oncology research efforts and contribute to the development of life-saving treatments for cancer patients.
