Svetlana Kolchinsky brings more than 20 years of experience in clinical operations and leadership to her role as Vice President, Flex Operations at Worldwide. Her professional career began at NIH and American Red Cross where she was inspired to take her knowledge and skills into the world of clinical research. Shortly after, Svetlana joined Immune Tolerance Network where she had her early experience overseeing operational aspects of investigator-initiated clinical trials.

Svetlana worked at Catalyst Clinical Research, where she led the Catalyst Flex clinical operations team and worked closely with her counterparts to build functional service provider (FSP) solutions for their clients.
