Before joining Worldwide, Stephen was EVP of Global Enterprise Systems at Syneos Health, overseeing corporate systems, enterprise architecture, infrastructure, security operations, application security, and clinical/commercial operations technologies. His leadership was instrumental in driving transformative initiatives that modernized operations and boosted efficiency, including developing a strategic technology roadmap with the clinical team, deploying GenAI chatbot solutions for customer service, and implementing multimillion-dollar cost-saving measures.
Prior to Syneos Health, Stephen served as Global Head of Infrastructure and Client Services at Mundipharma IT Services, where he unified IT operations, establishing a new standard for global connectivity. Before that, he was Chief Technology Officer at Purdue Pharma, driving technological globalization and leading significant advancements in enterprise systems and security.
Stephen earned his bachelor’s degree in Management with a minor in Computer Science from Franklin and Marshall College. He has refined his expertise through advanced executive education in the Chief Digital Officer program at the Kellogg School of Management. His visionary leadership has garnered him significant recognition, including being named an EMC Thought Leader and receiving multiple nominations in the InformationWeek Innovation Awards.
