Scott Palmese, Executive Director, Site Relationships and Patient Pathways, brings over 15 years of clinical trial experience at both the site level and CRO level to Worldwide Clinical Trials. In his role, he oversees global site partnerships and innovative delivery models with the goal of making it easier for sites to work with Worldwide. Through the efforts of Scott and his team, Worldwide is aiming to facilitate rapid start-up and competitive enrollment for our sponsor partners by leveraging our close relationships with sites around the globe. Scott has dedicated his career to supporting sites and patients across the clinical trial lifecycle with responsibilities in site operations, patient recruitment, feasibility, financial management, and more.

At Worldwide, Scott leads teams dedicated to improving the site and patient experience with Worldwide.
Scott specializes in working with sites to improve their operations and has held leadership roles at independent sites and global site networks throughout his career. He understands how to work with key stakeholders at research sites across the globe to increase efficiencies and overall success. Having experience with different types of sites across the globe, Scott is well-versed in regional attitudes, requirements, and tendencies associated with clinical site operations in different parts of the world.
Above all, Scott is passionate about increasing patient access to clinical trials. While he believes that this starts with ensuring sites have the tools they need to succeed, he has done extensive work throughout his career improving patient-focused strategies. This has ranged from implementing tailored patient recruitment campaigns to designing effective decentralized strategies including home health.
