Jason Meggs, Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at Worldwide Clinical Trials, has more than 25 years of leadership experience in the life sciences industry. In his role as CFO, Jason oversees Worldwide’s financial and legal strategy, including accounting, financial planning and analysis, operational finance, tax, treasury, and customer negotiation and management, helping Worldwide drive operational efficiency and deliver strong results for its stakeholders.

Before joining Worldwide, Jason was the CFO of TriNetX and Syneos Health, where he led global finance and accounting teams, such as financial planning & analysis, operational finance, tax, treasury, internal audit, investor relations, corporate development, corporate strategy, information technology, and global deal management, as well as being a member of key customer strategic account management teams.
Prior to those roles, he held various positions of increasing responsibility at Quintiles (now IQVIA) and INC Research (now Syneos) after starting his career as a financial auditor with Arthur Andersen and Deloitte.
Jason earned a Bachelor of Business Administration, Accounting from Western Carolina University and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in North Carolina. He serves on the Board of Trustees for Ravenscroft School in Raleigh, N.C., and previously served as Treasurer of the Association of Clinical Research Organizations (ACRO).
Jason and his family are enthusiastic about their support and involvement with St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital in Memphis, Tenn., including fundraising and participating in the annual St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital marathon weekend.
