Before joining Worldwide as our Vice President, Flex Solutions, she worked at Catalyst Clinical Research, where she served as Vice President of Catalyst Marketing & Flex Strategy. Candace also held several key leadership roles at PPD (now part of Thermo Fisher Scientific). Her roles included Executive Director of Strategic Business Operations & Growth Opportunities, Senior Director of Integration Management Office, and Senior Director of Integrated Healthcare Marketing. Candace excels at synthesizing market trends, fostering collaboration, and developing innovative strategies that drive business growth.
Candace lives in Wilmington, North Carolina, with her husband and two dogs. She enjoys spending her free time boating, spending time outdoors, and cooking. Candace is also passionate about community service, serving as a board member and executive committee member for NourishNC, an organization dedicated to providing healthy food to hungry children.
