In order to effectively deploy the training, analytics and surveillance services, the CAT group employs some of the most proven and effective technologies that are 21 CRF Part 11 compliant and validated, including:
- A SCORM-compliant, effective and user-friendly Learning Management System (LMS) that deploys and tracks training requirements of raters and coordinator at the site.
- A site portal that provides training, a centralized repository of study-specific documents, and interface for video/audio and source document upload/transmission.
- Online and automated survey tools to obtain site and rater qualifications for a study and particular assessment.
- Tablet-based eSource technologies that can be used for clinical or patient-reported outcomes. Our experience and eSource partners help ensure that the eSource solution is easy, effective and accurate for the raters, coordinators, and patients if needed.
