As Senior Vice President, Business Development for Worldwide Clinical Trials, Chris Hill oversees the International sales team to drive regional growth as well as supporting the global commercial success of the organization.
Hill brings over 22 years of CRO and pharma/biotech industry experience of developing sales and operational partnerships. During his time in the industry, he has worked with clients around the world, ranging from small biotech to large pharma, providing solutions that address their specific needs.
He joins Worldwide from Syneos Health, where he led strategic business development in wide range of therapeutic areas and studies from cutting edge early phase gene therapy, to real-world evidence and patient registries. In his previous role, at Paraxel, he was responsible for managing one of their largest global accounts. Prior to this, he spent seven years at Theorem Clinical Research, accumulating as Head of Business Development, managing the global biopharma sales team in Europe and Asia Pacific. He has also held several senior roles in Business Development and Proposals, managing key strategic partnerships.
Hill brings the combined knowhow of growing highly-effective international sales teams and developing strong partnerships, which together provide Worldwide customers with the level of support and engagement to ensure a successful long-term collaboration and growth.
